Erg tevreden! Ondanks COVID-19 heeft Cityhomes zich erg professioneel en flexibel opgesteld bij zowel de bezichtiging als de daadwerkelijke verhuur van ons appartement. Dit heeft erin geresulteerd dat wij ons huurcontract binnen twee weken na de bezichtiging hebben kunnen tekenen. Deze goede service ging gepaard met vriendelijke personeel wat het nog aangenamer maakte. Bedankt!

The city homes team, especially Daniel and Daniel, were super helpful. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and Value is impressive. Our relocation from Germany to the Netherlands was smooth sailing largely to CityHomes. The only issue, which has nothing to do with CityHomes, is with regards the maintenance of the staircase/hallway. The dirty state of the floor and decade old cobwebs all over the hallway for me is alarming and not being able to align with the other occupants on how to go about the cleaning is frustrating for me. I honestly still can't fathom how anyone could live in such a state. My advice is that the owner of the building should centrally manage this and add the cost of the bi-monthly cleaning to the rent. Leaving it to the tenants to align is just a recipe for disaster. (Vertaald) Het stadshuisteam, vooral Daniel en Daniel, waren super behulpzaam. Hun professionaliteit, reactievermogen en waarde zijn indrukwekkend. Onze verhuizing van Duitsland naar Nederland verliep grotendeels van een leien dakje naar CityHomes. Het enige probleem, dat niets met CityHomes te maken heeft, betreft het onderhoud van de trap/hal. De vuile staat van de vloer en de tien jaar oude spinnenwebben in de gang zijn voor mij alarmerend en het niet kunnen afstemmen op de andere bewoners over hoe ze moeten schoonmaken, is frustrerend voor mij. Ik kan eerlijk gezegd nog steeds niet bevatten hoe iemand in zo'n staat kan leven. Mijn advies is dat de eigenaar van het gebouw dit centraal moet beheren en de kosten van de tweemaandelijkse schoonmaak bij de huur moet optellen. Het aan de huurders overlaten om op één lijn te komen, is slechts een recept voor een ramp.
